Parcel Tracking

If your order has been despatched by Royal Mail 'Signed For' recorded service, 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' or by courier, our despatch notification e-mail will include the name of the courier and a tracking link or reference number to enable you to track your package on-line. (see links below)

Note: no information is available from Royal Mail until after a delivery attempt has been made

Will a Signature be Required ?

Goods despatched by Royal Mail
Items of high value including remote control transmitters are despatched by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' or Royal Mail 'Signed For' recorded delivery service and a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.   A signature is required for both these services and Royal Mail will only make one attempt to deliver a package.  Regretfully it is not possible to track normal Royal Mail first or second class mail through the delivery network.  If you are not available when the postman calls, a 'while you were out' postcard will be left requesting you to contact your local Royal Mail delivery office within seven days to arrange re-delivery or collect the item personally. If you fail to contact your delivery office within this period the package will returned to us and you may be required to pay the additional postage cost incurred for re-delivery.  For details of Royal Mail's claims process for late or missing items click here

Goods despatched by courier service
A signature is required for all goods delivered by courier service and the consignment may arrive between 8.30AM and 5.30PM.  If your order is despatched by Flight LG  or UPS courier service, your despatch notification e-mail will include a tracking reference number if available.  If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the consignment when the driver arrives, the goods will be returned to your local courier delivery depot and a postcard will be left requesting you to contact your local depot to arrange re-delivery or collect the consignment personally. (a charge may be made for re-delivery)

Note: Please check the packaging for damage before signing for your delivery.  In the unlikely event of damage please either sign for the goods as 'Received Damaged' or reject the goods as damaged and call us immediately as our couriers will not accept responsibility for any transit damage unless notified within three days.
