Brilliant! I placed my order for replacement springs for my Cardale door mid-morning and about 1hr later got a call to say that as I lived only a few miles away I might like to pick the new springs up to save time. By early afternoon I had them and following the clear instructions on the website they were quickly installed and the door balanced. However the very best part was that the advice to replace both springs rather than just the broken one, was spot on. My garage automatic door which for years had slewed wildly to one side when operated now tracks straight as a die. Thanks.

Amazing. Its the fastest Royal Mail delivery I have ever seen! I ordered the good around 3pm Friday (selecting ordinary post) expecting it to come middle of next week. My broken door springs had no markings or labels to identify a direct replacement. Amourelle helped me to identify them as made by Garador and referred me to Garador for technical advice.
