I called today at midday, and by 4pm I had my existing garage door checked over, serviced & automated with a Seip TS75 remote controlled operator, all to my complete satisfaction! I also opted for Amourelle's Securi-Dor automatic security locking system. No more struggling with a heavy up and over garage door. We cannot fault the service of Nick and his team. After our old electric door operator had failed he advised us which replacement operator best suited our needs. I placed my order on Thursday and the new Seip electric door operator arrived on Friday. Fitted on Saturday. Being a complete novice on things electrical I first e-mailed Amourelle Ltd for advice on replacement garage door remote control units and key fobs for my Swift Challenger electric operator. You responded immediately with excellent advice, recommending a lower cost upgrade option than the one I had first thought. Many thanks for your advice and the subsequent rapid dispatch of our on-line order (ordered Friday evening, arrived before 9.00 a.m. Monday). I ordered a set of Henderson Ultra MK2 garage door springs and they were delivered in 24 hours. 30 minutes after receiving them they were easily fitted as replacements for 25 year old springs one of which had broken. Thank you for your excellent service, I ordered and fitted 2 rollers to my garage door easily.....I found that by drilling out the pop rivets that hold the roller brackets to the door that I was able to fit the rollers without removing the door as otherwise would have been necessary because the wall was too near to remove them.........as long as the spring shaft is locked to prevent it turning there is no problem.

I had a Seip TS 75 chain driven garage opener fitted to my door in March 2004 and I have to say it is 100% - The door opener had prior to the Seip was a Wessex Lift Boy screw driven type which just gave in. This Seip TS 75 is so quiet and reliable, the garage is used a lot having the freezer in there but this is no problem for the TS 75 I would recommend Amourelle to any one who is considering a replacement. During the last week I have experienced BAD service from a number of major companies resulting in my third washing machine being delivered, my Broadband connection taking 3 weeks to connect, glass being cut to the wrong size, and so it went on. I phoned to discuss the problems that I was having getting my Seip receiver and Homelink to talk to each other and received comprehensive advice The problem was cured by simply changing the channel on the receiver. Once I'd realised that I also needed to change the channel that the wireless keypad was using everything was working perfectly. I am most impressed by the knowledgeable and helpful response to my query and for the overall excellent service.

My Genie remote control has been out of order (dropped on the floor to often?), and it was impossible to find a replacement in Norway. A quick search on the net brought me to Amourelle, and that saved the problem! I ordered the Seip T433 replacement kit with the mini-keyfobs. The mail service to Norway took four days, and the installation took 15 minutes. Worked right away! I also ordered a wireless entry keypad, so I can enter the garage without the keyfob (which I then leave in the car). Very handy!

Amourelle to the rescue again ! We suffered some vandalism to our double garage door, luckily it's strong construction weathered the assault, but the side fixing suffered the brunt of the attempted forced entry. Amourelle & Nick recovered the situation. Just a few days before Easter I mailed Nick of the problem and asked if he could rectify the wonky door and fit a Securi-Dor automatic locking device. Only two days later Nick arrived, with his mobile workshop in tow. A studied inspection of the double door, judicial use of various socket spanners and the door was once again well and truly aligned. Within the hour Nick had also fitted his Securi-Dor AP2000 automatic locking device and a pair of side bolts, which act in concert with the SEIP TS 75 electric door opener. Now the double door is very secure and ready to withstand even a heavy hammering (though I hope the local yobs wont try again). Well done Amourelle & Nick. I'll be pleased to recommend you to anyone who asks.

I recently fitted a SEIP TS100 heavy duty double door operator plus a Securi-Dor AP2000 automatic security locking kit from Amourelle. Both are excellent products, easy to order, first class professional service and with a little help over the phone from Nick I was able to install and have up and running in about 3 hours which included fixing some timber framing supported from the pitched roof to support the operator. It is very smooth and quiet - I can't understand why I didn't get one of these years ago! Have now introduced a friend to the same "luxury".

I was disappointed when a local garage door company informed me that my (Garador) garage doors could not be motorised, and that I would need to replace them if I wanted remote controlled operation. However, I need not have worried; I found Amourelle's website and everything else was child's play. I ordered two sets of replacement door gear, which took me about six hours to fit (i.e. total time for TWO doors). It is wonderful quality gear, and you don't need a degree in rocket science to fit it. Then I ordered two Seip TM60 remote controlled electric operators; again, excellent equipment which was straight forward to fit and is wonderfully effective. I encountered a couple of minor problems along the way (with my particular installation, not with the equipment) and a phone call to Nick at Amourelle had it all sorted in seconds. Amourelle's equipment, prompt delivery and customer service are second to none. It is refreshing to find a company with such 'old fashioned' customer value!

Nick fitted a new Seip electric operator to my Cardale garage door about a year ago. Over the weekend (Sunday) a door spring broke. (15+ years old) Following emails on Sunday through the evening a pair of new springs were despatched which arrived Tuesday plus an email from Nick on how to fit them. I have a pair of Wessex GRP canopy garage doors, for which the spares I needed weren't available, and when one mechanism totally failed, I was left with the problem of trying to avoid changing both doors. With Nick's helpful advice I was single-handedly able to convert my faulty GRP canopy door into an automated up-and-over door using the Arcadian AP100 conversion kit (plus corner reinforcing plates) and a Seip TS75 remote controlled door operator. It was a straight-forward DIY job, assisted by Nick's very helpful additional notes that clarify exactly what needs to be done. It has been a delight to use, and when the remote temporarily stopped working he had it back to me, sorted, within 3 days by post - remarkable. It is a quality product supported by someone who not only understands it fully, but who goes out of his way to ensure that the whole installation and owning experience is a good one. I can recommend Amourelle unreservedly.
