I placed an order for a TS75 around 12.00 noon, had it confirmed about an hour later. It arrived the following morning, and was mostly fitted by the afternoon. Fitting completed the next day, and it has now been working perfectly for five days. I am very impressed with it's robust construction and efficiency. Anyone even considering a Seip EKR1MCG remote control receiver kit :- The equipment works easily - its installation takes literally 5 minutes. But if you've little electrical knowledge, like me, consider the back-up service you get! Anything you need to know, any time, the craziest of problems, this company is at the end of an e-mail. After 18 years of service, my original garage door operator printed circuit failed. A replacement was no longer available. I live within 20 miles of Reading so Amourelle's proprietor Nick Goldring, was able to make a site visit with his mobile workshop, he provided and fitted a replacement, a SEIP TS 75, which operates more smoothly and quietly than the previous mechanism. This took Nick just over an hour to complete, and included a maintenance check on our existing garage door mechanism, during which he made some important adjustments, these have made the door move in a more stable way. First class service, and very quick response, pride in his company and in the job he does, - refreshing in today's world.

I have a double garage with 2 up and over doors. About 5 years ago I lost the keys to 1 of the doors and I have made do with 1 door. I have just sold my house (hopefully) and I thought I should replace the handle as the new owner may want a double garage. A friend took the old handle to change the barrel but as it was in the locked position he couldn't get the old one out. The internet I thought as apart from garage doors, I am quite an intelligent person. Straight to Amourelle Ltd via a search engine. I found a picture of a handle that looked just like the one in my hand. Check size, order, get e-mail confirmation, received the spare part within 2 working days and fit in 5 minutes. Saturday morning I opened the garage door and disaster the cables on the door broke. I needed cables and cones so I looked on line to compare prices. I came across this site Amourelle Products Ltd and saw that their prices were very competitive so I placed a order on Saturday evening for cables and cones. We had an old Wessex Lift Boy operator which finally came to the end of its life. Nick came to fit a new Seip TS75 operator. Dura-Lift entered into Google produced Nick at Amourelle. He took on my problem as if it was his own and had nothing better to do. Lightning response to e-mail cry for help with advice and comprehensive instructions. Replacement P.C.B. couldn't have arrived faster and cured the problem immediately. Can't recommend the firm too highly. A local garage-door firm couldn't obtain parts but could install a new system for £400+ ! I paid Nick about £50 !! I've often wondered if letters like this are from real people. Now I know.

Many thanks to Nick for helping me out with replacing a stolen automatic garage door control. If you do not have such a device you will never know how frustrating it is on a cold wet windy night not to be able to "zap" open the door from way up the drive and then drive in without getting wet! With the help of Nick I have brought my twin garage doors and control mechanism (40 years old this year) right bang up to date. Not only with a modern replacement controller for an ancient motor but with new hardware for the handles/locks etc. The service has been quiet frankly excellent. Just fitted a Seip TS75 and Securi-Dor AP2000 automatic multi-point security locking system to my 20+ year old double steel Garador and wish I had done it a long time ago.
