Dura-Lift 4500 Garage Door Operator
CONTROL P.C.B. MODULE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Print this page and note down the fault symptom you are experiencing with your Dura-Lift operator in the section below
2. Disconnect the mains power to the electric door operator.
3. Remove the slot-head screw securing the right-hand motor side cover & remove. (viewed from door)
4. Remove the four philips head screws securing the control P.C.B module.
5. Unplug the aerial wire and carefully prise out the two multi-pin connection plugs from the module using a small screwdriver taking care not to bend the connection pins, then remove the P.C.B. & return it safely packed in a cardboard carton to Amourelle Ltd for service exchange.  (print this page and use the address label below)

Re-installing the replacement P.C.B

6. Set the security code switches on the replacement P.C.B. to match the code on your remote handset(s).
7. Re-install the service exchange P.C.B. and re connect the two multi-pin connection plugs & replace the four fixing screws, re-connect the aerial wire & re-fit the side cover and securing screw.
8. Re-connect the mains power and check the operation of the garage door opener.

order form in a padded cardboard box using the address label below
